B-Team Boys' Surge Past Stallions

Darlington, SC- The Titans finished strong over the final three quarters to push past the visiting Stallions of Williamsburg Academy. This was Trinity's fifth game in four days. After a close first quarter, the Titans wouldn't look back, running away with a 55-23 victory in Sonoco Gymnasium over the fellow division-leading opponent. 8th Grader Tyren McElveen (Florence, SC/All Saints Episcopal Day School) scored 10 points in a balanced effort and fellow 8th Grader Joe Snipes (Florence, SC/All Saints Epsicopal Day School) was right behind with nine points. The Titans will have plenty of time to rest before going back to league play next Saturday, January 31st. These games next weekend are division games, and two victories for the Titans will secure a top-four seed in the tournament on Feburary 7th.
