Copeland, Lynch, Willcox and Williams Honored With PrepRedzone Game Balls
Following a 41-14 win over First Baptist, four Titans were selected to receive game balls from PrepRedzone South Carolina.
Senior Quarterback Davidson Lynch (Florence, SC/All Saints Episcopal Day School) was lauded after completing 19 of 27 passes for a school record 445 yards and 4 touchdowns. Lynch also ran for a touchdown as well.
Senior Wide Receiver/Defensive Back Desmond Williams II (Florence, SC/Wilson High School) was honored after hauling in 7 receptions for a school record 206 yards and a touchdown. Williams also registered 3 tackles and a pass breakup on defense.
Sophomore Wide Receiver/Defensive Back Garrison Copeland (Hartsville, SC/Hartsville Middle School) was selected after a dominant performance on both sides of the ball. On offense he collected 8 passes for 156 yards and 2 touchdowns and completed 1 pass for 4 yards. Defensively, he had 2 tackles, with one being for loss, snagged an interception, and forced a fumble.
Senior Linebacker Walker Willcox, Jr. (Florence, SC/Royall Elementary School) was chosen after registering 16 tackles, four of which went for a loss, along with a forced fumble.
The Titans are back in action on Friday, September 19th as they play host to Dillon Christian at Kraikit Field. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 PM.
